Turmesac® is a branded, proprietary turmeric ingredient manufactured and registered by Star Hi Herbs Pvt. Ltd. The brand, its composition and its supporting research programme belong to the company.

01 / Brand

A registered branded ingredient

Turmesac® is not a generic turmeric extract. It is a branded ingredient with a defined, proprietary composition developed by Star Hi Herbs, an Indian manufacturer, supplier and developer of standardized botanical extracts and branded nutraceutical ingredients that has been innovating since 2004.

The registered mark identifies material manufactured by Star Hi Herbs to the Turmesac® specification and supported by the company's own preclinical research programme. The name, logo and associated brand assets may only be used by customers under written agreement.

02 / Composition

Proprietary composition

Conventional turmeric ingredients concentrate isolated curcumin. Turmesac® instead retains a broader matrix of water-extractable turmeric phytochemicals, curcuminoids and naturally occurring turmeric oil, so that multiple turmeric-derived constituents remain present together in the finished ingredient.

  • Proprietary aqueous extraction and processing approach
  • Full-spectrum matrix rather than a single isolated molecule
  • Standardized to a defined internal specification
  • Supported by company-owned preclinical research and publications
  • Manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 certified systems
